Decorating
You don’t need to be ripping out walls to get the full service design experience - Enchanted Home takes on everything from whole home furnishing projects to one room makeovers. It’s incredible what some paint (or wallpaper!) and well-coordinated furniture can do for your home.
Renovations
Completing a renovation is one of the most complicated and nuanced decisions you can make for your home, and when done right, it is thoroughly worth it. Much like the new build process, I can be there with you from start to finish. After working as an in-house designer for a construction firm I’m well versed in anything that might come up.
Additions
It’s quite a challenge to make an addition feel as though it’s always been a part of your home. We will pay special attention to your home’s current character and find innovative, beautiful ways to incorporate those details for a seamless transition.
New Builds
Enchanted Home offers full service design on new construction - from working on the plans with your architect to furniture sourcing and final styling at the very end, leaving you with a home that’s fully outfitted with everything you need to get settled as soon as you move in. Most importantly, we’ll stay calm, cool, and collected through the ups and downs.
PRICING

I offer phone consultations free of charge. We will take time to get to know one another, you will tell me more about the project scope and I’ll explain the design process!
If you decide to move forward, I will provide a quote for us to agree on before we start working together. From then on, all time spent on the project will be billed unless otherwise noted.
Occasionally we require an in-person meeting so that I can gather more information before generating the quote. I will not bill for that!

This past year I’ve lowered my hourly rate from $150 to $100. My expertise has stayed the same, but my availability has decreased and my response time has increased. I welcomed my daughter into the world in December 2024, and until she starts school I’m a full-time parent and part-time designer. I wanted my rate to set a fair expectation for everyone.

Back when I started Enchanted Home I passed my trade discount on to my clients, and it just made sense to return to it now. This means up to 20% off from most retailers, and exclusive pricing on custom or trade-only goods.
These savings add up quickly and almost always offset my entire design fee, even on new construction.

Paint Scheme (whole home): 2-4 hours
Full Room Design (per room): 8-10 hours*
Kitchen Renovation (design & consulting): 20-25 hours
Kitchen Renovation (consulting only): 5-8 hours
Additions, renovations, and new builds vary too greatly to provide an average. I always provide a quote after our initial consultation that can be adjusted as needed.
The greatest part about billing hourly is that I can provide exactly what you need. There are no projects that don’t fit.
Some clients prefer to call me in on an as-needed basis throughout their home projects, and that’s fine too!
